Shipping

Disclaimer- We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in regards to local deliveries as these are made outside of our In Salon Hours. We are working hard to send all orders out within 24-48 hours to get them delivered as soon as possible however your parcel may encounter delays during its journey with one of our couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We are now offering flat rate $10 shipping AUSTRALIA wide and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. 
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery to metro areas and up to 14 days for regional.
Shipping is via AUSTRALIA post and customers will receive a tracking number once your order is sent.
If for any unforeseen reason, we are unable to fulfil your order within the time frame, we will notify you ASAP and advise alternative options or arrange a refund.

Refunds/Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we are happy for products to be returned for a partial refund or store credit under strict conditions such as:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in original condition.
  • Within 7 Days of receiving order.

Refund/Store Credit will be the partial cost of item(s) excluding shipping costs. In which will be made to you once item is returned in original condition.

        We have a Strict Policy of No Returns on Sale Items.
        *Please note we cannot accept returns on opened products or change of mind.

​Returns can be made in store at RDR Hair & Co at 62 Main Street, Croydon VIC 3136 OR via post.

Return Shipping will be covered excluding packaging box.. If conditions of our Returns Policy are met, we will supply you with a paid postage label to attach to your returns parcel.

We currently accept payment via credit card and Paypal.

 

Electrical Warranties

If an electrical item you have purchased becomes faulty during its warranty period, please contact us immediately.  We will provide you with the relevant contact information for the Manufacturer who handle all warranty issues directly.  For warranty time frames please refer to the manufactures instructions booklet.  Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase.

Faulty Goods (other than electrical)

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can advise you of the necessary requirements to return your item. Upon receipt of the item it will be inspected by our Returns Department.  The product must not be more than 20% used at the time of returning it. If the item is deemed to be faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or credit note.  Please note that a product is not deemed faulty based on personal opinion or suitability after use.

Products containing pumps, on very rare occasions, may not function to the optimum design, however, if the product contents is unaffected and still usable we are not able to offer credits or replacements.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for advice regarding how to manage Pumps.  The same Policy applies to spray nozzles if they become clogged after use.

Damaged Goods

We pack and ship your items with the greatest of care, however once in transit with our shipping couriers - the parcel is beyond our control. 

Should your order not arrive in the relevant time period for your location, please contact our Customer Service Team. RDR Hair & Co will launch an investigation with our shipping couriers on your behalf which can take up to 7 business days to complete.
